]]> The One Athens complex is the former head offices of Constantinos Doxiadis, who was one of the leading figures of modern Greek architecture. It is located in the center of Athens and in 2008 (completion: 2013) it was transformed into a luxury residential complex by the London based architectural studio Divercity.

The 11.600 sqm complex consists of 4 multi-storey buildings, 2 underground parking areas and additional storage spaces. It hosts 26 individually designed residences from studios to penthouses ranging from 77 to 721 sqm.

Our firm conducted the entire acoustics and sound insulation study, including all MEP equipment sound insulation of the complex.
