Prodea Investments Headquarters is situated in the center of Athens in a 3500 m2 pre-war building. It holds the first WELL certificate in Greece and in the same time meets the design specifications of LEED (LEED v4 BD+C NC Gold, certified on 07/28/2020).
Our firm conducted the entire acoustics and sound insulation study, including all MEP equipment sound insulation.
