Moxy Athens Hotel (former Sarogleion Megaron)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The brand new Moxy Athens City Hotel is located in Omonoia square and was built in the late ’60s. The building was co-owned by the Army Share Fund (MTS) and the Armed Forces Officers Club.

It is the new addition to the Moxy Hotels collection and consists of eleven floors and two basements. The new hotel includes 200 guest rooms, a meeting room, a fitness centre, a restaurant and a roof garden bar.

The project is the first hotel in Greece which is awarded with a LEED Gold v4 BD+C: Hospitality.
